Refund and Returns

If your item is faulty or unsatisfactory then please email us at info@rhinovating.co.uk and we will reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). 

This does not affect your statutory rights:

• The Consumer Rights Act 2015
• The Consumer Contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013

Online and Phone Order Sales:

A refund will be offered if you tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the item. 

1. It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
2. The item must be in the original packaging.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
